I'm young and relatively healthy, just trying to lose some pooch. I feel like I already don't eat much (this site tells me to eat only 1200 calories a day?!) so I should be focusing more on exercising than eating less. But... I'm... lazy......
I also love to cook and am interested in eating more vegetarian/local stuff via healthy and tasty recipes

Hi,
I'm old...LOL and sometimes i think i'm pretty healthy, for me it's more about getting off the couch and being active. I've tried this site before, and got lazy . So hear I am again, practice makes perfect right? at least that's what what i hear. I'm hoping that i can find a fitness pal to keep me motivated. I'm going away in July and would like to drop at least 10pnds by then.
