100 Days!!!

100 Days in I'm rather impressed with myself. Until the end of March, I was just dieting and lost around 15 lbs. Then I decided to stop being lazy and since I have free gym access at school, I started working out. Since then I've lost 10 lbs or so (I don't really know because I don't have a scale) and I'm feeling great! I've been taking pictures every couple of days, but only from one angle, so it's sorta hard to see major changes. I have gone down a couple sizes in jeans and my roommate is getting super annoyed with me complaining about how nothing fits (but for a good reason ).
I took this first picture about 2 weeks in...

and I was pretty proud of myself then.
I took this one yesterday for 100 days...

Needless to say, I'm motivated to keep going, but also very sad that I lose my free gym membership next week when I go home for the summer

You look great!!! You can get some exercise videos that will keep you motivated to work out when you go home.

If you're using the treadmill at the gym, start running or walking outside. You will fall in love with feeling the wind hit your sweaty face after an amazing workout. I promise! I HATED running and by no means would I call myself a runner......yet0 -
