What should I do to tone my arms but not get bulky?

Hi! I would love to get advice/ideas on how to get slimmer arms withough them becaoming bulky. I used to always have slim arms but with age, it seems that alot of my fat seems to go there and as a result I dont feel confident wearing something sleevless.

Any help is greatly appreciated! :)

    Depends on what you mean by bulky. Women genetically can't get bulky like men because there isn't as much testosterone in a woman's body.

    Lift heavy weights. You won't get bulky. :) You are female and don't have enough testosterone in your system to bulk substantially.

    There are exercise videos that target the arms and shoulders to tone them up. I use the BeFit channel on YouTube. Denise Austin has a pretty good one but there are a bunch more out there. Go to YouTube and search for "arm toning workout". Most programs recommend 5 or 8 pound free weights or dumbbells.     I keep accidentally taking steroids and overnight gaining 10 lb of muscle. It is rough.

    You won't get bulky. Lift heavy and your arms will get "toned". Muscle building doesn't happen overnight, it takes a lot of specific training and a lot of calories! You needn't worry about it :)

    weight lifting is key sugar. try it, you will be surprised.

    Getting toned arms is done by lifting heavy weights. Getting bulky is by eating a lot and doing nothing, or by taking steroids. Hope that helps! (New rules of lifting for women is AWESOME!)

    Seriously, the whole "toning" thing is nonsense. Your muscle has tone regardless, unless you're in a coma or have a neurological disorder.

    Do you want skinny arms or fit arms?
