Hey everyone
Like some, I've been struggling to get the scale to move. I started this year to keep track of my foods and exercising (where I did lose 5lbs from). Then it plateaued for me. So I upped my calories and saw a 1lb weight loss. But after that, the scale stopped moving and for about a month now, I've been stuck at the same weight. It is discouraging and I'm really unsure of what to do.
I am eating healthy -not much processed food or anything, mostly fresh produce, meats, and foods high in protein. I'm exercising for at least 4-5 days a week burning anywhere from 460-600 cals (doing elliptical, weight training, 30DS, dances) and eating back most of the cals. I don't do the binge eating or whatever. I do have cheat days but even on those days I am pretty good with what I eat (after all, this is a lifestyle change and not something I should 'quit').
I've even looked into my BMR (1560) and TDEE ( minus the 20% its ~1840). I try to eat within those limits as well.
any help, advice, or even encouragement would just be dandy (:
