Starving at night!

Does anyone have any tips how to get through feeling ravenous at night? I eat dinner around 7:30 and go to bed around midnight because of work reasons. Eat dinner later? Send your good tips, thanks!

Because you're up so late, you might incorporate a healthy after dinner snack. Greek yogurt (2%) maybe, it will give you protein & fat. Nuts are good also, lots of healthy fat.0

that's 5 hours, I'd say eat again! When I'm hungry because I stayed up too late, a glass of milk and a spoon of peanut butter do the trick. Plan to spend some calories there and it'll be fine.
Or yeah, eat dinner later.0 -
I noticed that I kept feeling hungry at night too. So for about a week now I have been eating more, or at least eating things that will keep me full. I have been having a couple snacks a day, one of which is later in the evening before bed and I've noticed that it's been helping. I don't go to bed feeling deprived anymore. Good luck0

I had that same problem, so now I skip breakfast and save those calories for the evening. Works great for me as I was never a big breakfast eater anyway and I find that when I do eat breakfast I am hungry all day long.0
