Hi everyone!

I'm a relatively new user to MFP (40 days now). 32 years old and bout 25 lbs overweight at 195. My wife and I started Power 90 and are at day 40 with some good results so far. As of my last weigh in on day 30 of the plan, I was down 11 lbs and well on my way to my target. I don't know if I will make it by day 90, but I should be pretty close.

Some of the stories in here are really great and I have found more inspiration in them to hit my goals. I'll keep you all updated.
