..Contradicting Actions?

Alright so, when I began my weight-loss March of 2011 I was 310 and am now 180 (have maintained this weight for about 4 months now) *pause for applause*
So now I'm trying to lose about 10 to 15 more while gaining muscle mass, a perfect weight for me would be 170 to 180 but stacked. Anywoot, I've been taking Cellucor SuperHD because they give me great mental focus, stamina and it targets body fat; however, I have also been taking Mass-Tech Muscle-Tech powder. So my question is, will these be canceling each other out at any point while they're being metabolized? Or will they help one another out? Or does it not matter?

(Also, before this thread turns into how I lost 130 pounds in less than a year, I will write another one stating how)

Why not ditch all the supplements and just do a power lifting program?

Nothing wrong with supps. Thats exactly what theyre there for, to SUPPLEMENT the progress youre looking for. Me personally I think fat burners are a waste of money (I can burn fat for free). But Mass-Tech (Im assuming is a weight gainer) will be very helpful for putting on mass as it has extra calories. It is very difficult to gain mass and lose weight at the same time, usually you have to choose between one or the other. I would measure your body fat percentage and shoot for a bodyfat percentage of about 12% or less and once you get that then go on a bulk. Your body will tend to take on mass better when you start from a lower bodyfat percentage. I dont think anything cancels anything out. When I supplement I usually take a preworkout, blood pump, and when Im bulking add creatine to that. So to answer your question I would focus on either cutting or bulking.
