Hi all,

Just had my 3rd baby 12 weeks ago so looking foward to getting my body back for good

Not too concerned about cutting calories as I'm breast feeding at the moment but just trying to watch what I eat and get some exercise in!!

Any tips on good exercises in the gym for new Mummies will be greatly appreciated xxx
