after a work out that will help keep my metabolism going? I was thinking of trying EAS Protein drink...

    There was a post on chocolate milk recovery. I eat yogurt.

    "Eat after your workout. To help your muscles recover and to replace their glycogen stores, eat a meal that contains both protein and carbohydrates within two hours of your exercise session if possible. Women, in particular, may need protein after resistance training."

    It looks like a shake that has protein and carbs and little to no fat would be ideal.

    I generally have a glass of skim chocolate milk. It's like a reward for having worked out.
