I just recently joined and was looking to introduce myself. My name is Jessica, I live in TX, and I've gained a lot of weight like 38lbs ugh. I hate it even though apparently my husband "loves me for who I am" lol okay if you say so dear!!!
I've seen a lot of confusion and I myself is confused on net calories but I'm so confused guess what. I'M GOING TO IGNORE THEM, SCREW THEM, DON'T NEED THEM. I am going to eat my daily 1500 calories a day and I plan on doing walk away the pounds 5 days a week, 60minutes a day. Logging them as low impact cardio since I don't see it as WATP on here.
Also my husband and I go on a nice relaxing walk every night so I can log that too. I love it.

If you go to the data base for cardio you will find walking listed with varying mph's. Good for you for having quit smoking! This will be my third year (on July 21) and the best thing I ever did! Mfp is the second best thing I've done for me. Feel free to friend me if you would like. I just wanted to wish you well on your journey and your goals!0
