how do I log P90x?

I am starting P90X; I don't see it in the excercise database so am I logging each excercise seperately?

Non-generic exercises are entirely based on your own effort, weight, height, current fitness level, and many other variables.
Unless you get a HRM (which still wouldn't be terribly accurate since P90X has a lot of strength videos), it's just going to be guess work.
P90X says the average person burns around 600 calories per video, but I wouldn't trust that number.0 -
thanks it surely did not feel like I burned 600 cal I did moderate effort it was my first day.0

Ana makes some good points. Whatever you do just kinda under the #'s if you know what I mean. You don't want to give yourself too many calories and be disappointed when it comes time for weigh in. Have fun and enjoy!
