Hehe started a "new" diet a fortnight ago (10/04/2012). Intend to do it with a friend for at least one year. Were not allowed:
Any form of chocolate including hot chocolate
Any form of cake (the icing is allowed but not sponge)
Any Biscuits
Any manufactured "sweet" products e.g. Haribo
Any crisps
Dominos or Pizza hut Takeaways
Specifically Ben & Jerries ice cream - can eat other types.

My treats are beef jerky, other types of ice cream, marshmellow squares, non-takeaway pizza and caramac bars :D

We both managed to do this for a whole year two years back and I lost nearly 3 stone doing it but my weight has since crept back up. Hopefully this will have the same positive effects and it doesnt really seem to have made a difference to my life so far - still snacking when I want just consistent better things.

IF either of us messup we gotta do 8 hour of and form of cardio without stopping and donate £200 to charity hehe.

Anyway, just wondering if anyone was doing anything similar or fancied giving it a go - if so feel free to add =)
