Not enough information to really go off of as your diary is closed.

If you've truly hit a plateau, you need to make a change somewhere.

Focus on the measurements, not just the scale.

    I agree

OMG Girl, please don't give up now, you're working so hard. I started working out Jan 1st, 30 mins to 1 hr at least 4 times a week, crunches and weights every morning...and lost nothing until 4 weeks ago, when I lowerd my calorie consumption to 1200. I've lost 1 lb/week since. But since I began working out, my legs look fabulous, I'm down one full pant size, lost 3.5 inches & can climb stairs without being winded! Switch things up a bit, but keep working out. Variation of exercise is always the best way to go...so I've heard! :) Don't be sad, be proud of your efforts... You can do this!

If you are busting your butt working out then you may be gaining muscle weight but losing fat. What was your body fat % when you started and what is it now? I bet there is a difference there.
