I'm New! :-)

Hi everyone,

I'm completely new to this; joined a whole ten minutes ago, so thought I'd pop in and say hello. Currently a student living in the UK, although I'm in the middle of changing universities and I'd really like to lose a little weight before starting my new course in September. I've been eating healthily and exercising for a while now (since New Year - I'm determined not to give this resolution up lol!) and have managed to lose 8lb already :-).

At the moment I'm hovering around 168 - I've just come off of beta-blockers which I am almost sure were hindering my weight loss, so fingers crossed it will start again. I've been this weight since I went on them a month and a half ago, and haven't been able to lose anything despite my best efforts! I'm hoping to get down to around 140 -147 pounds (10 - 10 and a half stones) at least by August since I'm off on holiday :-)
