Does your body go into starvation mode if you eat but burn all of the calories?

"Starvation mode" is usually associated with very low calorie diets /high caloric deficit whereby your body is simply not getting enough calories and protein and you start to metabolize lean muscle mass to support other body functions. It doesn't happen overnight.
So, if I understand the question correctly .....no, your body would not go into starvation mode if you're eating an adequate number of calories / protein / carbs but between BMR and activity burning them off.0
