New and need motivation

I started this recent weight loss effort as a New Years resolution. I have been doing really well but I am starting to get back into bad habits. My Saturday cheat day turned into a cheat weekends. It seems like every weekend I get a little bit worse. I think I just need some extra motivation to get me through the next couple of months.
