Been feeling really down lately that i've hit a plateau for two months now the scale just keeps jumping between the same 2 lbs
took some new pictures at work today and compared them to my before photos and oh my goodness it put a smile
on my face
I just wish i had took more decent before photos
Its picked me back up and Im going to keep going even though the scale is my enemy and wont let me break from the 200's grrr x

The scale may not be dropping right now, but your body is totally changing. You look amazing! I can't believe you are in the 200's either! Keep your eye on the prize, push through it and you will reach your goals.0

You look amazing, hard to even believe you are in the 200's. I think you need a new scale! LOL Seriously though, you are doing fantastic! We all go through those times when the scale just won't cooperate. Just stick with it and you'll be in ONEderland soon enough!!!0

You look fabulous! My scale won't let me creep under 200 yet either, I feel your frustration!

I'm right there with you. I'm stuck at 203, jumped back to 205 recently, and am back down to 204. I think it's muscle mass because I've been running/doing pilates and my legs are finally getting stronger, but boy howdy is it frustrating.0

I have the scale issue too but mine wont let me get down under 220 . i have been stuck at 220 to 230 since last August that is what brought me to this sight because it has now gotten up to 239 scary . before i joined this sight i have lost 86 LBS WE ALL WILL GET THERE IF WE KEEP OUR FAITH AND BE TRUTHFUL WITH OUR EATING AND EXERCISE

I've been stuck for the past few weeks too! I hit 197 and now I float between that and 200! I really wish the scale would move down! I was hoping to be as close to my first goal weight as possible (165) before my bday the end of July! At this rate it's not going to happen! Somethings gotta give!!!! lol0

Firstly awesome progress! What nutrition/exercise plan have you been following? Your body gets used to the way you eat and train and has adapted and not budging.... could be you need to eat MORE!! What intake are you on at the moment?
Great job!!0 -
You look great! I have been on a plateau for around a month now also. I am trying not to let the scale bother me or bring me down0
