Hello all!

My names Emma, I'm 23 from scotland.
I started a diet 4 months ago and have managed to lose 32lbs so far but I'm struggling to shift anymore, I seem to be in a rut the past few weeks and nothings coming off! I exercise every day and never snack. Any tips and suggestions would be welcomed? Could also use some buddies to help through this difficult task :P
