running makes you saggy?

Hi - I'm new on here. I want to get fit. I don't have much to lose as I had open-heart surgery 7wks ago and lost 10lbs from that. But i want to stay at my current weight. Before my surgery i wasn't able to run becuase i had a hard time breathing but now i want to get into it. I've heard that the running action can make your skin saggy (boobs included) does anyone know if this is true?
