arm soreness

I'm currently doing p90x and jillian Michael's 30 day shred, my arms are super sore and today I'm supposed to do arms and shoulders for p90x. Should I muscle through the pain and do arms and shoulders or should I switch it with legs and back? Does it really matter what order I do p90x in as long as I keep strength 3 days a week and cardiograph twice? Should I still do jillian michales without the weights or just hold off until I'm not as sore?

Apparently stupid auto correct changed cardio to cardiograph, I ment cardio though
