Entering Insanity workouts.

Can some one tell me the best way to enter my workouts???

1. go to the exercise tab at the top.
2. click my exercise at top under tabs
3. click create exercise green button
4. put in your information
[i title mine insanity -- then the name of the workout...i do this so i can find it in the future]
5. then click add exercise..
it will add it to your diary for today... so for each of the workout i made a new exercise and for the ones that you have done before just search for the name you previously made.. i made sure to put "insanity -- pure cardio/cardio abs" or "insanity -- cardio power and resistance" so that way i can find them in the future
then for the next time just find it like you would normally look for an exercise and put in your new information, adjust accordingly.
