Savory Pumpkin Recipes
I have a can of pumpkin puree and a pie pumpkin that I'm trying to use before it goes bad. I would like to use it to make something savory, and preferably not soup. I've already thought about doing a butternut squash type soup but with the pumpkin, but before I resort to that, I wanted to check and see if anyone has any delicious recipes they dont' mind sharing! Thanks!

I made this with butternut squash. I added ****ake mushrooms. I also cut the amount of cheese, reduced the amount of broth and subbed fat free evaporated milk to make it creamier. When I made it, we had it for dinner one night, then as a side dish the next night.0 -
