I was directed here on the advice of a friend. I joined our local gym in November, and between working out 4-5 times a week and loosely following WW with my SIL, I have lost 28lbs.
Now though, I feel as though I've stalled. I still hit the gym, spending 30+mins on the treadmill and about 30 mins on the weights. I don't hate the WW points system of eating, but I don't find it easy to follow when I'm cooking/baking for a family of 3 growing boys.
I needed a change, so here I am
I joined a few months ago and then promptly forgot about the site. I just got back on yesterday, logging my food intake and exercise history. I love that I can eat normal foods (and not be calculating points), I just need to watch portion sizes. The site determines the calories for each food, I can input my own recipes as I love cooking from scratch (hard to calculate points that way!).
I'm here for the end result....a new slimmer healthier ME!
