    . Google turkey bacon and why you houldnt eat it, it's reformed turkey and has a lot Of chemicals in it, it's really not good for you have the real thing I eat it almost everyday and I have lost 3pounds in a week I'm on low carb aswell but bacon is so good it's an excellent protein source an fills u up so your less likely to snack :)

    I really don't understand why people eat turkey bacon. How is it any better for you? Seriously.

    The fat AND sodium is HUGELY different... big time.Go check it out the next time you are at the market!
    . You do not get fat by eating fats that are in pure protein and sodium doesn't make u fat it makes u retain water drinking 2 litres a day flushes this out, carbs make people fat honestly :)
