Low(er) Sodium Salsa

just make your own, then you can control the amount of sodium yourself. super easy and taste much better.
I usually chop 2 tomato's 1/2 a onion,1-2 jalapeno peppers (you can remove stems and seeds to control heat) and 1/4-1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro. add a little salt and enjoy. the great thing about salsa is you can make it to your taste and there is really no wrong way to make it.
and you can mix some of this into a smashed avacado and have some awesome guacamole. I make this for my wife every time the have a pot luck lunch where she works and it is always the first thing to go.0
