so, does anyone know if this is WAY better than the 30 day shred or just more of the same? I can workout my intervals on my own pretty intense, so if it's more of the same then I don't need it.
I want to try it, but dont' want to put out MORE workout dvd-cash! And neither does my husband....

Opinions?

30 Day Shred (I am a huge fan) is about $10. Chalean, while a more complete, and more intensive program is about $200 by the time it gets to your door.

That in itself made my choice the Shred!
