Hello all,
Since I have joined MFP one of the exercise that I have added is running/jogging. I started by doing whatever I thought was good and recently I have been using the C25K app. I have realy enjoyed the C25K. I am on week 7 of week 8 and I will be doing a 5k this Saturday. This is my first time EVER doing any type of run and I am not sure what I should do in the next 2 days to prepare. My husband suggested that I shoudl not work out at all Thursday or Friday. However, I feel like I might be sluggish if I skip 2 days.
What suggestions do you have? Is there anything special that you do or don't do to help you feel better when you do a 5k or more?
Thank you in advance for your help!

Do some light activity the day before. Don't over-think it. You will be fine.0
