Hi, I just started with this! and I'm very excited. I'm 22, I'm from Chile.

I've been struggling for a couple of years with a "bit" overweight (just like 5 kg/ 11 lbs) but now this year it is 10 kg /22 lbs of overweight so I decided to do something for real, besides now I HAVE TO cause I've been having a little problems with my health, I have something called "hyperinsulinemia" (don't know if that is the word in english haha) and the way to regulate my insulin is eating healthy and excercise.

I've been dancing for a month with "JUST DANCE 2", this is a Wii game and I highly recommend it, it's really funny to play and you moooove like hell. It's awesome.
