question about my "routine"

Hi all! Any advice/suggestions/comments are welcome. I have to do something everyday or very quickly weeks or even months will have gone by with doing nothing. Having said that, I go to Curves everyday. I do my Zumba classes on Thursday and Friday with Pilates on Mondays. I also do a workout video everyday at home.
My question is specific to my daily home workout. I ride my stationary bike for 12 minutes (I had 2 minutes every few weeks) and every 2 minutes I get off the bike and do some sort of free weights. (bicep curls, triceps, crunches, etc)
Am I defeating the purpose by not biking for a longer amount of time? Or is it okay that I stop to do weights?
