I started mfp about 2 weeks ago. So far I've lost 3 lbs which makes me feel amazing ! I recently had a baby (june 2011) so I'm working on losing the last 30 or so lbs from my baby weight and its been a struggle until I found this site. My biggest problem is the food I eat. Mfp has suggested 1700 calories per day for me. I'm almost always under my calorie limit, that's not my problem. My problem is I can't seem to eat healthy. My fiance owns a pizza shop which I work at 6 days a week for 7 hours a day, there are ways of making what's available to me as healthy as I can, I just don't know how. Afterall I'm only 20, and I'm marrying a cook for a reason (; if anyone has any recipes or suggestions on how I could make these things healthier for me. Id. Really appreciate it.
