Kale Crisps!!!
I have a great way to eat Kale. KALE CRISPS--Wash & dry Kale. Can use salad spinner. Tear leaves from stems into 2/3" sqs. I mix olive oil & sesame seed oil and add to leaves and toss well. Add some garlic salt or lemon salt and a little chili powder (opt) Mix well. Spread on baking sheet with leaves not touching. Bake 8 min. at 350 degrees. Stir and bake 2 to 4 min. more making sure you don't BURN it. Dry on clean towel to absorb moisture. Can be re-crisp in 200 degree oven for 5 mins.
