Hey Pebbs.
I've made a decision...thanks to the help of the stupid scale. I've gained four pounds in a month. I have gained back all but one pound since I started this two years ago. I'm trying not to be discouraged but that is discouraging! So my decision is to up my calories to 1400 and do my best to cut out the stuff that is hurting me. I don't know what I ate at the wedding, but something made me blow up like a balloon. Could have been the wheat but I don't know. I want to give up but obviously that's not going to help. My biggest problem is going out to eat because I don't want a salad. I want a burger and fries. Don't take me to a pizza place and tell me to get the salad bar cause it ain't gonna happen. I will need to do some adjusting there.
I need to get ready for church. I sure hope I can find something to squeeze into. I had a hard time with that last night. Hope you all have a good day!

    Morning!

Today I'm taking the day off because I think I did something to my knee. My right knee is always a bit wonky, and this morning it's really tender and seems like it might be swollen. I have arthritis there, and I think it's just irritated. If it feels looser later in the day, I might take a walk and leave it at that.

Also, I may have had a wee bit too much sangria last night. Long evening with good conversation and I make really tasty sangria. Le sigh.

So today, it's rehydrating, getting my eating on track again (I actually didn't do badly with food, just the drink.) vitamins and resting.

Hope you're able to find your balance, MM.

    Take care.:flowerforyou:

Good luck finding what works for you MM. I think it's a life long thing.

We are deciding whether it is too hot to go for a bike ride this morning. If so, I'll go to a yoga class that I sub a lot. I've never met the teacher, so it will be good to see her style.

"Enlighten Up" was disappointing. She got all these famous yogis to talk, then gave them only a few seconds to a few minutes. Didn't make sense. It felt very "first film." Iyengar came out looking pretty good though, though I will agree with one friend who said, "his eyebrows frightened me."

Getting tired of 100 degree days.

    Finding balance boogaloo!

Okay, I have to be losing some weight! My tailbone hurts so bad when sitting for long periods. I broke it 6 years ago when roller blading. It usually only bothers me now when my rear gets smaller.

Hello ladies! We had a fun trip, and I made it home safe and sound. I didn't do as well as I wanted to in terms of eating, or exercise... but it wasn't over-the-top bad, just a bit indulgent. I'll post more tomorrow after I get caught up on the posts - right now I am just tired and ready to crash! (12+ hours of traveling can do that to you)

Back to work tomorrow boogaloo... :ohwell:
