Maintenance and upping my calorie intake

I've been reading a few articles here and elsewhere about increasing calories to lose weight (there's a group on MFP devoted to the subject: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/3834-eat-more-to-weigh-less)
As I'm close to target weight now, just a couple of pounds left, I'm looking to up my calorie intake to maintain, but curious to know if this will INCREASE my weight loss. Has anyone else on or near maintenance experienced this or have any input?

My understanding of this Pete is that it can help people who have reached a plateau and are trying to get things moving again. When I moved into maintenance a certainly did not lose anymore weight, but then I lost very steadily throughout.

They are eating more than their BMR, but still at a moderate deficit to their maintenance calories.

If you remove the deficit you will also remove the weight loss.

your trick now is to find your maintenence - Well done on getting to goal :)
