Recovery Times?

Hoping some fitness guru can help me? I'm limited in the times I can work out, so I'm wondering what kind of recovery time is important?
For example, I've just done a Pump class (6.30pm), and I want to go back in the morning (6am) and do some cardio (elliptical mainly).
Is this ok, given I'm not gonna be lifting? My goals are weight loss and toning.
Thanks in advance!

It's fine. Just don't do strength training for the same muscle group on consecutive days.
