Hey Everyone, I'm new here, and with diets in general. I like working out using exercises that use the whole body at once, like martial arts, gymnastics, and swimming. But now I want to see how fast and strong I can really be. I've always been interested in martial and am currently learning Krav Maga, but I've been around the block, studying boxing, Taekwon-Do, Wing Chun, and Muay Thai. I'm open to trade training tips, stories, and offer and receive ideas and advice. Thanks!
