if you're looking to burn cals and build up your fitness i would seriously think about starting c25k it gets very good ratings. im in week one of my fitness pal and looking to lose 60lb.c25k builds you up from couch to 5k in 9 weeks stating you off with walking and running mixed until after 9 weeks you should b running 5k running only its also an app on most smart phones, i apologise if you new all that but we all need much help and support tips and ideas. im uk based so you can add me if you wish0
