Tuna Steak

Just wondered if anyone had any good suggestions for what to do with tuna steak?

I get ahi tuna steaks quite often, I just salt and pepper them, sprinkle some black and white sesame seeds on. Pre-heat a frying pan til smoking, then in just a small amount of sesame oil sear on each side for about 2 minutes. Sometimes less, depending in the thickness.
I like to serve them with a dipping sauce made of soy sauce, seasoned rice vinegar and ginger. A really small amount goes a long way.
