    15 % is considered ideal for a 43 year old male

    According to the Virgin Life Care website, these are the norm for males

    Male 40-49yrs
    Excellent = under 15%
    Good = 15 - 18
    Acceptable = 19 - 23
    Fair = 24 - 29
    Poor= over 29
