Giving up on exercise and lost mojo.

If it doesn't rain it pours as they saying goes. That's how I feel at the moment. August 2011 I injured my foot walking down the stairs at work and was on crutches for 6 weeks and then had to have 6 months of physio. Physio discharged me as there was nothing else they could do for my foot and they could not understand in March whilst I was in still so much pain and discomfort.

Dr sent me to see specialist and last week I was told that I had torn/split the posterior tibialis tendon in the foot and apparently the 6 months of physio I had has been for nothing as they were working on the wrong tendon. I am not allowed to exercise for at least 3 months and in a months time start the next bout of physio.

I have lost all faith in the physio's, how can they get something so wrong.

I still have 19lb to loose and just feel so disillusioned at the moment and feel like giving up on everything.

Has anyone else lost their mojo but found a way to get it back?
