Hello. I'm new to the community board feature but have been using MFP for a few months now.
I'm not sure how to log in my workout since I can't find it in the search option and have no clue how many cal's it would burn.
Step up's on the bench (that is knee height) holding weights
squats with weight bar (and weights) above my head
leg lifts- Laying on my back, feet together, lift straight up.
Planks
Thanks for the help!

either circuit training general, or strength training0 -
I always wear a heart rate monitor when I work out. You set it to reflect your height, weight and gender and at the end of the workout it will tell you how many calories burned based on how hard you worked.0

Mariah,
Log it under circuit training if you don't have a HRM.
