Shift Work taking it's toll.

I am a newly graduated RN who has just started working nights, 12.5 hour shifts 7 pm to 7:30 am have disrupted my eating and exercise patterns and I am worried about my health and weight loss plan. Any one else in the same boat? How do you cope and any tips would be a great help.
