Skipping

So, my trainer has me switching off strength training reps with intervals of skipping - per workout, it's ending up at around 30 minutes' worth at high tempo. However, there are no results for skipping under cardiovascular exercises - anyone have any idea of either a) calories or b) a comparable activity to log it under?

    Don't feel stupid. I lived among folks from the UK for several years and I was the one who felt like she was the weak communication link.
