Best Calorie Burn!?

Hey everyone!!

I tend to do the same type of cardio when I am at the gym-- either 30 minutes of elliptical or 40 minutes on the treadmill doing walking/running intervals.

I think I need to try to mix it up a little bit. I'm looking for advice on YOUR BEST CALORIE BURN WORKOUT! What do you think I should try that I could do in 30-40 minutes and achieve maximum results (other than just running because I am not a very good in terms of endurance lol)

    step mill. not the stairmaster, but the step mill- the treadmill type thing with the moving stairs... its awesome. or the precor AMT training with resistance intervals. wicked burns.
