CAN SOMEONE HELP ME?

Sounds like I have more grocery shopping to do! More fruits and veggies... In the summer I basically live off of veggies when the garden is growing. Winter not so much. I usually drink about 48 ounces of water while at work and then about 3 glasses when I get home, through out the evening. I do not like nuts... is there any other way for healthy snacks besides fruit that would be easy to take to work?0

I looked at your diary I am wondering were the veggies are and your water intake that could be part of it and I know that the chocolate tastes good but try putting in more fruit and veggies and water your calories are different when nursing but the healthier the calories the healthier you are. You may add me as a friend if you wish. I am quite a straight forward person and tell it like I see it I may not always be right and I am no expert.0
