How do you change your protein/fat/carb ratio in diary?

I just started strength training and it was recommended that I change my diet to 30% Protein, 30% Fats, and 40% Carbs.
Is there a way to change the daily totals in our food logs to reflect this? Right now the carbs are way too high....

Hi!
Go to "Goals" and change, then set "Custom settings". I have changed mine as I wanted to get about 150 grams of protein for building muscle.
Also If you want to track more things you can go to "Settings" and "Diary Settings" it will give you more things to track I found it useful.
