Hello, my name is Kendall. I am 23 years old, 5'2, and 227lbs. :( Recently, I've come to realize that everything I am eating is literally going to kill me.

Up until yesterday, the only meal of the day that I ate was 2 servings of Pizza rolls, because it was quick, easy, and was the only thing in the house that my other family members didn't eat. I don't even really LIKE the taste of them, but I kept eating them. And now I LOOK like a pizza roll. Yuck!

I've decided enough is enough and I am going to lose weight. NOW. No more waiting, no more excuses. Today, I had my first bowl of oatmeal since highschool. I had forgotten how much I loved it! I even ate healthier last night and started using this site again, and I was surprised with how I felt after watching my calories and eating the day's amount of 1200cal. I used to feel heavy and weighed down when I went to bed (usually at 2am or later), but last night, no! I felt lighter. I still felt a little hungry, borderline, but at the same time, I felt...good. For the first time in I can't even remember, I felt good.

So I've cut Pizza Rolls completely out of my life. I was filling myself with so many phosphates and preservatives, and I felt gunked up.

Today I took my before pictures. I will never be this weight again. In one year, I will take after pictures, to see how far I have come.
