Well that depends...... On your current weight, your current activity level and how many calories your consuming in a day.

Did you make your profile on here? and put in your target weight and how fast you want to lose it. If so then start logging your food/calorie intake.

Hard to give answer need more info.
  • ^^ I agree :).
Just log what you are eating every day and try to see where there is a problem. Maybe you need to eat less calories. Or maybe it's what your eating. Or maybe you just need to exercise more.

If you have been eating a very low amount of calories for a sustained period then your body will try to hold on to what calories your taking in which will keep you from losing weight.

Go to the "Food" tab & enter your daily food consumption. click on "Add Food," and enter an item in the search bar & it will find the food & calculate your calories, fat, etc. also, add your daily exercise & that information will help you see how to increase weight loss.
    Good Luck!!
