“It’s not whether you get knocked down, it’s whether you get up.”

    - Vince Lombardi

I find this to be so true. I falter, I might slide back, that's just getting knocked down. Getting back up and taking control back is the key.

“Be conscious of your decisions. More importantly, take responsibility for the consequences they bring. When struggling with your passions and goals, be patient and never bail out! You'll eventually get your shot. Remember that only the strong will survive. Be willing to sacrifice things you love to acheive your dream. Expect disappointments, because they will happen over and over again. Just never forget that there is definitely a pot of gold at the end of that rainbow- it's just a son of a ***** getting there!”

"I'm kicking my a**! Do ya mind?!"

From the bathroom scene in Liar Liar. I use it during intense workouts

I think I want to paint this on the wall in my mini gym:)

Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever. That surrender, even the smallest act of giving up, stays with me. So when I feel like quitting, I ask myself, which would I rather live with? -Lance Armstrong

The one that hung on my fridge as I raised my children. The one I hopefully taught them to live by:
