Is it ok, to be over by a few points on your protein if everything else (calories, fats,) are under?

The protein requirements in MFP are set up pretty low, so yes, it is ok to be over. :flowerforyou:

I just joined this website today. It's awesome. It really clarifies all the questions I've had....how many calories to eat WITH exercise to lose weight. I've been so confused! I'm so glad the protein question was asked because I had 500+ calories left to eat, and no protein left. Guess I will have to ration better in days to come!!

Yup, no problem. MFP DOES go alittle low. I'm over just about every day, and still managed to lose!
