A big step for ME!!

Well, I just wanted to share because I can't believe my endurance. I have been a NON-exerciser pretty much my whole life and had had 2 boys in 3 years so the weight has been on and I've been a "lump"

BUT I just decided- "Hey, I am DONE with being big so let's go!" I have been doing Jillian Michaels 30DS and the 6W6P with this goal of running a 5K but with NO running ever in my routine EVER--- I know that it will take time to get up the 5K level.

So I have been running the track lately on some time at work that I have and decided to just jog alittle and see where I go...

So I did--- and thanks for my work with Jillian Michaels I was able to run HALF away around the track and walk the other half 3 times. I was completely amazed this and just completely motivated by accomplishment.

So I wanted to Pat myself on the back and let everyone know that if "i" can run around the track ANYONE CAN.
